Description: This semester course is designed to introduce students to a model designed to establish the key components of a continual self-assessment cycle. This fitness based course will be designed around the concepts, knowledge and skills needed to create a personal fitness profile and set SMART goals for short term and long term fitness. Students will participate in fitness based, sport based and leisure time activities to promote a lifetime of physical fitness.

Description: This is a course focused on athletic conditioning. The targets provide a foundation for intensive training and maximal athletic efforts. Daily activity will focus on core strength training aligned with the sport related skills of agility, power, speed, coordination and reaction time.
